Yes. We provide one-on-one supportive counseling using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and cognitive processing therapy.

We treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, OCD, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders, and chronic pain with co-occurring mental health concerns. Our integrative approach ensures that patients receive holistic care that addresses both symptoms and root causes.

Yes. Telehealth is available to all our patients. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing so you can receive care from anywhere in California.

In some cases, we use additional testing to guide treatment. Pharmacogenomic testing helps us understand how your body responds to certain medications, and functional lab testing (including micronutrient and vitamin analysis) helps us identify imbalances that may affect mental health.

Yes. We also specialize in treating dual diagnosis, meaning patients who face both mental health conditions and substance use challenges. Our integrated care approach ensures both are addressed together for better outcomes.

Other insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield / Carelon, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and HealthNet, are still in process and not yet active.

For patients whose insurance is not yet accepted, we offer private-pay options: $200 for the initial session and $125 for follow-ups. We also provide Superbills for out-of-network clients, which can be submitted for possible reimbursement through Reimbursify.
